Friday's Motivation - Anxiety and Insecurity

It is amazing that so many fabulous, creative, compassionate, intelligent, dependable women don't believe they are any of those things.  Let's kick insecurity and anxiety in the pants, k?

Have a fabulous weekend.

Love this post! Especially the one about taking the 'spoon and poking it in the eye'!

So true. There are still times I hit "submit" or "send" and think... ohhh, no. I wonder if that's not good enough?

In the spirit of murdering insecurity... can I just say, Terry, that your blog is fabulous, I wish I had your photography skills, and it has been incredibly fun being bloggy friends with you. We are two peas in a pod, sometimes, I think. :)

Wait, you're ok with sharing your peapod with me, right? :P

Yes... let's kick anxiety and insecurity in the a--! I can't believe the number of people I talk to who think they're "not good enough", or who struggle with anxiety. Sometimes I think blogging and the media make it all worse, because usually we see the best of their best. I heard a t.v. therapist say that we shouldn't compare the outside of other people's lives, houses, whatever with the inside of own own.

I've said it before, but your Friday posts always give me so much to think about, Terry!

You aren't supposed to know Anxiety Girl's secret identity! So how did you get my photo in here?lol I really like all of these. I might have to print the coffee one out and tape it on my bathroom mirror.;)

Very true. I worry a lot and always wonder if I worry too much and then I worry that I'm worrying.
It's exhausting.
