Friday's Motivation - Yoga


I've been ignoring my yoga for the past couple of weeks and now I'm really feeling it.  Must get back to it and get back to normal.

I yoga every few weeks. I do like it, just can't seem to remember the class times. lol

I have never ever been to a YOGA class.... ever. Sounds like the kinda relaxation i may need... if only i could find the commitment in me to get there!

Oh my goodness, Terry, I am DYING over the T-Rex.

I miss yoga. I am an eternal beginner, but it was so relaxing. I can't seem to achieve much zen at home, and I can't quite fit classes into the schedule yet. So glad you've been enjoying it, though!

I went to one yoga class when I was about 19. (forever ago) Couldn't stop laughing at the look on my friends face. I think we really annoyed the instructor.:) Maybe one day when I grow up I can try again.

Before I became too ill to do it, I did yoga and found it very helpful. I laughed out loud at the cartoon about us being advanced and needing someone to remind us to breathe and drink water! Great post!
