Stuffed Mushrooms

Don't forget to check out my giveaway, here.

I'm not sure you can even call this a recipe.  It is super easy and insanely delicious.  I will take a picture of every step so it looks more complicated, like a real recipe would.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Clean a bunch of mushrooms, removing the stems (you can keep them to make broth or throw in soups).

Scoop some Boursin cheese into each cap.

Line a cookie sheet with tin foil.

Put the caps on a cookie sheet and place in the oven at 400 degrees.

Wait 15 minutes, and then pull them out.

Don't pop one of these into your mouth, whole, right from the oven.  They are seriously hot and will definitely burn the top of your mouth.  Not that anyone did that or anything.  Just saying.

Now, if someone hadn't eaten all of the stuffed mushrooms before realizing that no photos were taken, you would be seeing a picture of those lovely mushrooms right here.  Instead, all you get is this satisfied grin.

And a photo of somebody else's mushrooms.

That's it.  That easy!  Hope you give them a try and enjoy them. (and maybe even take a picture or two of them).

LOL. I have never had that cheese. Crazy, I know. It's all over the place here. Now I have an excuse to buy it. Although, I'm not a mushroom girl. The Dad will tear these up though. I'm pinning them. :o)
