I am in blissful, nearly guilt-free chocolate chip cookie heaven. Uh-huh.
The reason these little babies are nearly guilt-free is that the recipe makes 4 cookies. Yep, just 4.
This is perfect for me because I will keep going back and eating a couple of cookies until the entire batch is gone and my butt has its own postal code (that's like a zip code for my American friends).
The recipe is from Bakergirl's site. The only changes I made were to use an egg white instead of 1 Tbsp of egg (that's what I had on hand) and I left out the cinnamon. They were quite yummy (insert Homer Simpson drooling here).
I definitely recommend this recipe if you are a cookie lunatic like I am and want to moderate your intake. What is your biggest healthy diet downfall?

Will I still be guilt-free if I double the recipe?
Now if I cooked, I'd just double or triple the recipe as Terri suggested... LOL!!! I wrongly assumed you were from the US, until I read this. Have read your profile now. We're the same as you or near enough... Post Code.
Haha, great idea! I have never heard of cinnamon in a chocolate chip cookie, though, I would have left it out too. :)
Yum!! I totally have to try this.
I totally skipped this post earlier today thinking that I didn't need ANOTHER chocolate chip cookie recipe. Then you had to say they were guilt-free and I looked. Now I'm in trouble. Wait, cookies can count as a grain if I use whole wheat flour, right???
Okay, there's no way I could do this. I'd be in the kitchen all day making more batches every time I killed the last one! lol
