Garden Update

I popped my head out this morning and saw a few awesome things happening in the veggie garden.  The first, most exciting thing is -- there are zucchini:

Green zucchini:

And yellow zucchini:

The mustard greens are insane and I still haven't tried them (delinquent!):

And another thing in the garden this morning:

Moe
This is a photo of the mystery plant that is in our gardens.  I've taken a couple of shots so if anyone knows what it is, please do share.  :)  (Mindy, I'm counting on you, lol).

I adore zucchini! I used to buy bushels and freeze it but I haven't done that in years. Great job!

HA HA HA,...that's fabulous. Thanks Mindy. So now we all know - a potentilla. Sounds so cool.

The veggie garden looks great and I was going to say potentilla as well but potentilla is a shrub and gets quite large- will bloom all season. I was thinking it could also be creeping phlox- it stays low, is much softer doesn't bloom as long and phlox will self seed.

Wish I had mustard greens in my garden!

Admiring (and envying) your garden. I am a complete failure at anything but herbs.
