Here are some pictures of the trees that came down in our yard. I sat huddled with the dogs on the couch, wondering when the next fallen tree would come through a window. It didn't. Whew.

Wind Storm
I know that the entire continent has been enduring some freaky weather patterns, especially this year. It seems that southern Ontario is no exception. We had a wicked wind storm yesterday that apparently flipped over several transport trucks on the highway, threw patio furniture right through the window of a restaurant, downed trees and power lines like dominoes, and knocked out the power to most of southern Ontario for at least several hours. Some people still don't have power this morning. I know. Very scary stuff.
Here are some pictures of the trees that came down in our yard. I sat huddled with the dogs on the couch, wondering when the next fallen tree would come through a window. It didn't. Whew.

That is too scary. Thank goodness your house wasn't damaged- or anything worse. It felt like my front door was going to blow in yesterday.
Glad you're safe! Your jewelry board looks fabulous! I love the rolled flowers. Thanks for stopping by my place. :)
I just noticed that you are from Ontario as well. Lucky you, living in the Niagara fruit belt. I live just outside Toronto. All my life I've wanted to see the fruit trees and have never seen them. One of these years - I bet they are beautiful.
So glad you didn't have any trees come through the window. Storms like that scare me!! Thanks for the visit today. :)
